• Grants (prizes), which could serve as start-up capital for enterprises that follow the operating principles described in the Evaluation criteria.

• Technical Assistance/Capacity Building: During the implementation phase, winners will have access to other assistance, networks, and links to external sources that may provide additional funding or technical assistance, business skills training, information and technology, and other services that enable the entrepreneurs to achieve tangible and high quality outcomes. 

Tools will also be developed to monitor the implementation and performance indicators of each winner's project, assess the impact of the project to the community, and produce progress reports for other potential financial and non-financial service providers and D-MADE's technical and financial partners.

• Scale-up/Expansion of ongoing enterprises that demonstrate social benefits and financial returns. Award winners may use a portion of their grants to obtain advisory and support services needed to sustainably expand their operations. At the end of the implementation period, projects are expected to yield substantial results and proven concepts that can be scaled up and/or replicated.
