The objectives of D-MADE are to:

• Promote entrepreneurship and innovative actions amongst Sub-Saharan African migrants in Europe, who can play a catalyst role in creating employment and economic growth, with a positive impact on social welfare.

• Provide networking opportunities and create partnerships between Africans in the diaspora and other key constituencies (private/public sectors) in Europe and Africa.

• Facilitate the involvement of diasporas in existing initiatives and financing programs which endorse SME or social sector activities in Sub-Sahara Africa.

• Promote transfer of technology and knowledge as well as stimulate economic, social, political and cultural exchanges.

• Help to mobilize the African diaspora community in Europe around development objectives and professionalize aid and outreach efforts.
